    Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    • Custom-designed products may require additional production time. Most mouse pads and mice ship within 3-7 business days.

    • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

    If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if your order is impacted.

    Domestic Shipping (United States)

    Depending on the product purchased, it may take more or less time to arrive.

    • Mouse Pads - 6-10 business days

    • Mice - 1-3 business days

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

    International Shipping

    We ship to most countries worldwide.

    Delivery Estimate: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs processing times).

    Customs, Duties & Taxes:
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, depending on your country’s regulations.

    • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

    • The customer is responsible for paying any additional customs costs upon arrival.

    We recommend checking your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
    We are not responsible for:

    • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    • Lost packages due to incomplete or invalid addresses

    If you need to update an address, contact us immediately. We can only change it before the order ships.

    Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

    We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

    If your package arrives damaged:

    • Contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

    • We will assist with replacements or claims.

    If your package appears lost:

    • Contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

    Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages

    If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or unpaid customs fees:

    • We can reship it once additional shipping costs are paid.

    Refunds for returned packages will exclude shipping fees

    Returns & Exchanges

    We don’t want to overcomplicate things, so our return policy is simple…If you’re not in love with the product, let us know, and we’ll either replace it, exchange it, or refund it.

    • Photos of the product

    Non-Refundable Items

    We cannot process a refund, return or exchange for:

    • Items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    • products received more than 14 days ago

    Refunds

    Once your return is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.

    If your item is replaced instead, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

    Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order if:

    • Production has not yet begun, and

    • The order has not been shipped

    To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible. Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    We are not responsible for:

    • Shipments marked “delivered” by the carrier

    • Packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

    However, we will do our best to help file a claim or locate the package.

  • Warranty Duration

    All custom-painted mice are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

    What’s Covered

    We will repair or replace your mouse if it experiences any of the following issues under normal use:

    • Internal hardware failures (click issues, scroll wheel failures, sensor malfunctions)

    • Electrical or firmware faults

    • Structural defects (cracking, non-user-caused damage to shell components)

    • Paint or coating defects that are not the result of impact or misuse

    What’s Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by drops, impacts, spills, or liquid exposure

    • Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., shine, minor scratches, fading over time)

    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications

    • Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning

    • Cosmetic changes caused by abrasive mouse grips or adhesives

    Because our customization process requires disassembly, most manufacturer warranties are void, but ours replaces and exceeds them.

    Warranty Process

    If you encounter an issue:

    2. Provide photo/video evidence so we can diagnose the issue quickly.

    3. If covered, we will repair the mouse or replace it with the same model and design (or the closest available alternative).

    4. In most cases, we cover shipping for replacements within the U.S.

  • Warranty Duration

    Mouse pads are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

    What’s Covered

    • Printing defects (misalignment, missing portions of the design, unusual color artifacts)

    • Manufacturing defects (warping on arrival, severe edge fraying within 90 days)

    • Damage during shipping

    • Incorrect size or product received

    What’s Not Covered

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage from spills, stains, pets, or improper cleaning

    • Edge wear or fading that develops naturally over time

    • Heat damage from high-temp appliances (e.g., hot cups, laptops)

    Warranty Process

    2. If the issue qualifies, we will replace the mouse pad at no cost.

    3. In some cases, we may request the original item be returned for inspection.

    General Terms

    • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

    • Replacements do not extend or renew the warranty period.

    • We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement or repair.
